Amazon Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Covert online enquiries into sales
Understand what customers bought, their needs & requirements
Ensure view – watch – sales conversion rate, by optimizing SEO, key words etc
Proficient in using promotion or advertising tools to increase leads conversion rate
Managing designated accounts for selling channels (eBay, Trademe, Aliexpress, Amazon, etc)
Maintain and update product information
Manage and ensure quality of the advertisement / listing description
Track sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses
Provide sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
Complete competitor analysis
Seek potential product market opportunities via market research
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing / Business / E-Commerce
Minimum of 2 years online business experience
2-4 years experience of eBay, Aliexpress, Trademe, Amazon, or other B2C online trading channels
Familiar O2O business model
Comprehensive understanding of product lines eg. Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Sports Equipment etc. or prepared to learn
Proficient user of all Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work under pressure
Good English communication skills – in written and verbal
